Meet Leroy

Leroy Lewis is a Senior Illustrator, Graphic Designer, and Branding/Packaging Specialist whose creativity and technical skill have left a lasting mark on the design industry. Known for his ability to bring bold ideas to life through branding and illustration, Leroy combines a strong design eye with strategic thinking to create visuals that not only look striking but also communicate with impact.

During his university years, Leroy excelled in his classes and quickly stood out for his talent. One of his most remarkable achievements was redesigning the TAFE NSW logo as a marked project - a design so successful it was officially adopted and continues to represent the institution to this day. This early recognition set the tone for a career defined by innovation, excellence, and trust.

As part of the Lit Agency team, Leroy brings extensive experience across branding, packaging, and mp4 illustration, ensuring every project he touches is executed with creativity, precision, and long-term value.

Leroy and Ella, are often our graphic designer–illustrator duo. They have been known to collaborate on projects and/or check each others work before submission, forming the ultimate creative partnership ensuring detail is kept at an all time high.
